Detailed introduction:
Wall bushing Wall bushing

Wall-through bushings are also called wall-through pipes, waterproof sleeves, wall-embedded pipes, and waterproof sleeves are divided into rigid waterproof sleeves and flexible waterproof sleeves. The AC wall bushing used for conducting electricity in electricity is divided into dry capacitor AC wall bushing and porcelain insulated AC wall bushing, which are called silicone rubber bushing and porcelain bushing for short.

The sleeve is composed of porcelain, metal accessories, mounting flanges and conductive rods.

Wall-through porcelain bushings are used in power distribution devices and high-voltage electrical appliances in power stations and substations. They allow wires to pass through grounded partitions, walls or enclosures of electrical equipment, and support conductive parts to insulate them from the ground or the enclosure.

Wall-through porcelain bushings can be divided into indoor and outdoor wall-through porcelain bushings according to their use environment. According to the different conductors passing through its center, it can be divided into busbar wall-through porcelain bushings, copper conductor wall-through porcelain bushings and aluminum conductor wall-through porcelain bushings.

When the copper conductor is directly connected to the busbar, it is easy to cause galvanic corrosion. The temperature of the contact surface is too high, which will cause the connector to burn out and affect the life of the equipment. Therefore, a copper-aluminum transition joint should be used, but it will bring trouble to the site construction. Sleeve can solve the above problems.

Indoor and outdoor wall-mounted porcelain bushings are assembled from porcelain parts, conductive rods, metal attachments at both ends, and mounting flanges. Busbar wall-through porcelain bushings are assembled by porcelain parts, metal accessories at both ends, busbar splints and mounting flanges. Busbar splints are usually self-matched by users according to busbar size.

The performance of the wall-through porcelain bushing complies with the technical requirements of GB12944.1 high-pressure wall-through porcelain bushing.
